A prefab cabin, built like a permanent house
Our modular cabins come off the same production line as our residential modular homes in Europe: an insulated timber frame with rock wool, a sealed vapour barrier and a natural wood finish. That is why they can be used in any season and in any European region, and not only in July. We are the manufacturer — you buy the cabin directly from the factory that builds it, at a listed price.
Choose how finished your cabin arrives
Every modular cabin in the European catalogue is built the same way. The difference between the two ranges is where our work stops and yours begins — and it also decides the size you can get: the turnkey range covers 18 to 47 m², the semi-finished range starts at 45 m² and goes to 74 m².
Turnkey Modular Cabins
Ten prefab cabins delivered complete and finished, from an 18 m² one-room studio to a 47 m² two-bedroom family model. No local trades to manage and no open items after delivery — the crane sets it down, and it is ready.
Semi-Finished Modular Cabins
Six prefab cabins manufactured as panels in our EU factory and assembled weathertight on your plot — frame, insulation, cladding, roof and joinery all included. The interior is the part you keep: your finishes, your fittings, your builder, your budget. These are also the largest modular cabins we make, from 45 to 74 m².

Take turnkey if…

Built for winter, not just for August.
The vacation range has its own build specification — lighter than our permanent homes, but still a real insulated timber frame: 150 mm of rock wool in the walls, 200 mm in the roof, a sealed vapour barrier, a breathable Delta Vent S membrane under the steel tray roof, and pine and spruce panelling instead of plaster. That is what makes these cabins usable in winter, in any European region.

We quote transport per project rather than hiding it in a round number — the number of trucks the modular cabin needs, the distance to your address, and the crane time on site. Depending on where the plot is, we work with you directly from the factory or through an authorised local partner.

The vacation range is built as an insulated timber frame with 150 mm of rock wool in the walls (U = 0.25 W/(m²K), R = 4.067) and 200 mm in the roof (U = 0.19 W/(m²K), R = 5.167), with a sealed vapour barrier throughout. That is a cabin you can use in winter, in any European region. For houses over 50 m² of useful area, where the NZEB standard becomes mandatory, one additional layer of insulation in the walls and ceiling brings it into compliance.
A turnkey cabin arrives complete and ready to use, with interior finishes installed. A semi-finished cabin arrives with the structure, insulation, exterior cladding, roof and windows complete, and you finish the interior yourself or with a local contractor. Size is the other difference: the turnkey range runs from 18 to 47 m² of built area, while the semi-finished range starts at 45 m² and goes up to 74 m². That is also why semi-finished starts at a higher price — the houses in it are bigger, not less complete.
Built area is the outer footprint of the house, measured to the outside face of the walls. Useful area is the floor you actually walk on inside, once the wall thickness is subtracted — and our walls are 150 mm of rock wool plus cladding, so the difference is real. An 18 m² cabin gives about 12.5 m² of useful floor; a 74 m² house gives about 57 m². Terraces are listed separately and are not counted in either figure.
Yes. We sell and deliver prefab modular cabins and vacation homes to more than 40 European countries, including France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Austria, Italy and Spain. Transport is quoted per project, based on the number of trucks your model requires and the distance to your plot.
Listed prices do not include VAT, the concrete foundation or concrete and metal pillars, connections to utilities, transport to your plot, and unloading. For semi-finished models, interior installations and finishes are also excluded. Every quote we send states these items separately.
Yes, and many of them already are. A large part of our vacation portfolio across Europe consists of tourism accommodation — modular chalets, glamping units and small resorts. Because the cabins are produced in a factory, several identical units can be delivered to the same site with a predictable cost per unit, and further units can be added in stages.
The rules differ from one country and region to another, and in some cases from one municipality to another, so the answer depends on where your plot is. We supply the technical documentation of the model — dimensions, loads, structure and thermal performance — so that you or your local architect can file the application.
It can be a single day. Turnkey models built from one module need no assembly at all: the crane lifts the cabin off the truck onto your foundation, and all that remains is connecting water, sewage and electricity. Models delivered in several modules, and semi-finished houses, take 5 to 10 working days on site. In every case, production in the factory runs in parallel with your site preparation, which is what makes the overall timeline shorter than a conventional build.
