Two ways to live in a modular house
A permanent modular home built to the NZEB standard, or a vacation cabin for a plot by the sea, the lake or the mountains. Both are modular houses built in Europe, in the same factory and with the same timber-frame technology — two very different budgets.
Residential Houses
Modular houses for year-round living, from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Built to the NZEB standard — walls at U = 0.15 W/(m²K), roof at U = 0.13 W/(m²K).
Vacation Houses
Modular cabins and vacation houses delivered almost complete from the factory. Compact footprints, large glazed façades, ready for a plot you already own.
You choose how finished the house arrives
Every modular house we build — residential or vacation — comes in two versions. The structure and the technology are identical; what changes is how much of the interior we complete in the factory and how much you keep for yourself.

Timber frame, built to NZEB.
Every modular house that leaves our factory is a timber-frame structure insulated with rock wool and braced with OSB3. The same construction system applies to residential modular homes and to vacation cabins — what changes is the size, not the standard.
